Shipping policy

At Goldhaven, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Australian Shipping
  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 AUD
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and peak holiday periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Goldhaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goldhaven.com.au. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
